Fuzion is involved in its local community in a variety of ways, placing emphasis on organizations that support the senior population. Our clients are engaged in providing and administering long-term care insurance, which largely involves interacting with seniors, so it is rewarding to support organizations doing the same. Fuzion encourages its associates to give of their time and share their talents though Fuzion’s paid time off volunteer hours program. In addition to the organizations listed below, many leaders and associates are individually involved in a variety of volunteer efforts with a diverse population of local community groups. Connecting with others through volunteerism is one of the ways Fuzion encourages a focus on work-life balance.

 

Fuzion’s 2019 Year in Review:

• Fuzion continues to support Joy’s House in a variety of ways:

  • Sponsored a table at the Joy’s House Birthday Party

  • Sponsored a table at their Joy of the Journey breakfast

  • Our annual Bake Sale, supplemented by a Closet Cleaning sale, raised over $1000 for Joy’s House Critical Fundraising campaign

  • Granted 25 holiday wishes of those guests at the Broad Ripple location

• Fuzion participated in Shepherd’s Center of Hamilton County Bag Bingo fundraising night

• Continued our partnership was with the Cancer Support Community of Central Indiana:

  • Purchased items and assembled 150 art kits through their Emma’s Art Kits program that sends art supplies to adults and children going through surgical procedures and treatments. This was done by our associate’s children during our annual Bring Your Kids to Work Day

• Horizon House, a local homeless multi-service day center, was very thankful for the warm socks, hats, and gloves donated by Fuzion associates

• We held 5 blood drives through the Indiana Blood Center with an average of10 participants each visit

• Fuzion’s CanStruction Competition was very fun and spirited this year and resulted in donations of over 1600 items donated including canned food to benefit Grace Care Center and many cases of toilet paper for Joy’s House

• Once again, our associates cleaned out their closets for Dress for Success Indianapolis donations

• Fuzion continues to support local Indiana charitable efforts through the annual United Way Campaign
